Mr. E a.k.a. Fraser Ayres

Mr. E, A.K.A. Fraser Ayres has been a professional actor for longer than he can remember, and over the years has covered a wide ranging body of work spanning TV, Film and Theatre. From Controversial movies such as Patrice Chereau's Intimacy and Alex cox's Revengers Tragedy, to primetime dramas and comedies like the Smoking Room and Frances Tuesday, Fraser has manged to enjoy a career that defies pigeon-holing.

"I'm very fortunate. I play everything from the sweetest simpletons to the baddest baddies. I love characters and the playing in acting"

Fraser has performed on the Olivier stage, at The Royal Court, Stratford Royal East and many other theatres across the country, and has recieved many rave reviews and awards for his performances including  Time Out Best Performer, Herald Angel Best Actor Edinburgh Festival and a fringe first.

Alongside this is his Television work, covering all of the channels and genres  from classical drama Wide Sargasso Sea to Crack Smoking Hard Man, Ray in Noel Clarke'sWest 10 LDN, and not forgetting his eponymous hero Clint from the BAFTA award winning  The Smoking Room

Outside of his career, Fraser has a wide range of interests but they all funnel into one aspect:

"I love the spirit of Life. The invisible things. The stuff you can't bank and have to hold in your heart and mind"

In between his acting and TriForce Promotions, Fraser studies  "books that he really shouldn't" and also teaches a variety of 1 to 1 subjects including: Yoga, Reiki, Meditation and Mindful Breathing, Oneironautics (You might want to Google it) and many other weird and wonderful courses.

"A lot of people find it hard to find health or serenity in a room full of 30 sweating strangers, so I do classes that are specific to the individual"

Offering a completely unique service covering nutrition, exercise, mental, spiritual and physical well being suited to the individual clients needs and lifestyle. Fraser has taken his experience in these fields and tailored it to suit modern, busy people:

"We all have different goals and reasons for turning to that side of life.Unfortunately we don't all have as much time or space as we'd like to pursue them, so I incorporate that into my lessons. Yoga for sitting behind a desk, meditations for tube journeys. It has to be practical."

A self proclaimed "geek", Mr. E creates the stunning flyers, logos and publicity for the events and TriForce's web presence, whilst at the same time any client requests for advertising and graphics.

The quality of the aesthetic becomes as important as the quality of their events, as TriForce Promotions have never advertised and continue not to, more than a year from their beginning.People come into contact with the group either through an invite or a friend and that is what gives TriForce its "family" vibes.

"It takes the degrees of seperation down from 6 to 1 letting everyone speak to EVERYONE.
Our nights don't have a cold club atmosphere at all, they're more like a house party in a sweet venue"
